When we contact for a solution, the representatives on the other end of the phone are nasty. They first tell us to call them back in a week!!!!!
We are going in a week, requesting that they find us a solution, and rejecting because the airline business has not given alternative flights. This is plainly incorrect, as a flight is still available on the GotoGate website.
When we told them the falsehoods, they cut us off and sent us back to the queue, which took 30 minutes before we could speak with someone.
This is a sham company!
If you have a problem, you may be sure they will do nothing to assist you or provide you with alternatives. They’ll cut you in the face, tell you it’s not their problem, and even urge you to go anyway with no certainty of obtaining a return flight!
